You will be the bridge between business and technology, combining strategy, marketing, and IT skills with the goal of launching an amazing product.You have experience in business development, quality assurance, or another technical role in IT. You are a good communicator and have experience with international contacts. You have an interest in IT and like to work with the newest technologies. You are confident, outgoing, and happy to share your ideas with the team. You have previously worked with an ERP or CRM application and have basic accounting knowledge.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Programmers and Development Managers to create a software application that is successful in your market.Translate the software into the Russian language.Ensure the software complies with local legislation and business practices.Conduct quality assurance (testing).Write specifications for necessary modifications.Conduct market and industry research to keep up with industry developments.App Store Optimisation for our own products on the App Stores.Provide support, training, and consulting services to local customers and partners.Be the main point of contact for all product-related issues.Maintain downloadable program versions online.RequirementsExcellent English language skills (C1 level required).Bachelor's degree in IT or Economics.Basic accounting and tax system knowledge.1-3 years working experience in international IT companies.Work experience with ERP and CRM business systems.SkillsExcellent interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Flexibility to adjust to new environments and processes.Self-starter and self-motivated.Work as part of a diverse international team.Opportunity to travel internationally.Send your application to cv@hansaworld.com.
