PMO Project ManagerAbu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 05/04/2023Responsibilities:Plan and strategize the Industry4.0 vision and roadmap for the Company group.Liaise with leadership team and finance team to execute business case analysis and recommend right use cases for implementation.Work with expert team to convert the use case into an RFP document.Address clarification questions from vendors; Execute technical evaluation of the RFP responses and support procurement team in deal execution.Handle the entire purchase cycle on behalf of the Industry4.0 team through activities like raising the purchase request, purchase orders, etc.Manage the budget and financials for the team.Scout for potential future solution vendors, onboard them for future wave of projects.Work collaboratively with vendors and research teams to identify the emerging new technologies which could be leveraged in future use cases.Do detailed planning for execution of the projects.Identify the prerequisites for use case implementations and execute them on time to enable vendor teams with their implementations.Work with entity business teams in detailed solution design, implementation steps, execution, and user acceptance tests.Ensure smooth service transition from Industry 4.0 project team to IT team.Work with IT and network teams to provision required infrastructure for projects on time.Collaborate with vendor teams and entity teams to ensure project completion on time.Monitor and govern the overall implementation.Periodically report to leadership teams on program progress, new ideas, and initiatives.Be dynamic to cater to ad-hoc business requests on execution and reporting.Manage charge back related works with the entities' finance teams.Work with Company Group's legal team to secure business-critical deals.Work with marketing team to prepare collaterals/videos on project progress.Actively manage the license inventory and ensure periodic renewal.Ensure the annual maintenance contracts are established on time to ensure business continuity.RequirementsExperience:5+ years in Project Management with total experience of 7 years or more.Education:Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in engineering or management.
