- Design and implement tailored Dynamics 365 CE solutions focusing on omni-channel and contact centre functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for enhancing customer engagement.
- Configure and customize CRM solutions to optimize contact centre operations across multiple channels.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for omni-channel strategies and customer experience optimization.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to maximize solution adoption among end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionalities, ensuring smooth integration and operation.
- Proven experience as a CE Functional Consultant, with a focus on Dynamics 365 and omni-channel/contact centre solutions.
- Deep understanding of CRM processes, workflows, and omni-channel technologies (e.g., Inbound Voice, IVR, chat, social media, etc.).
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote work environment.
