The Assistant Manager of Internal Audit is responsible for safeguarding the organisation's interests by identifying and assessing operational, financial, and compliance risks. This role involves developing and executing audit plans, leading audit teams, and ensuring timely completion of audit engagements. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to implement recommendations, enhance internal controls, and promote a strong audit culture.Client DetailsA top-tier semi government entity.DescriptionDevelop and conduct audits, manage audit teams, prepare audit reports.Monitor and ensure timely closure of audit findings.Prepare management reports on audit results.Develop and maintain internal audit policies and procedures.Build relationships with stakeholders and promote internal audit value.ProfileUAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.Professional qualification in CIA, CISA, CFE, CRMA, etc.8 years of experience in internal audit.At least 3 years of management experience.Job OfferExposure to multinational environmentOpportunities for continued professional and personal developmentCompetitive salary and benefits package.SkillsInternal Audit, CIA, CFE
