Build your career at Iress! We are seeking a highly organised, dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans through a range of B2B activities including campaign management, collateral and content creation, copywriting and digital marketing. The Marketing Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, retain existing clients, generate leads, and contribute to overall business growth. Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with: Content and collateral creation

  • Develop, manage and oversee the creation of compelling content for case studies, email campaigns, presentations, sales collateral, website copy and more.
  • Work with commercial and product teams to maintain an inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
  • Assist with website content management, including updating of blogs and documents.
Digital marketing
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including planning, execution, content and analysis across various channels (including digital, email, social, trade) and across multiple regions.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and analysis of campaign performance.
  • Use marketing automation systems to execute email campaigns and client communications.
  • Liaise with external agencies to execute and optimise digital campaigns.
Social media
  • Execute organic social media strategies across different regions to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Liaise with agencies to create engaging content for social media, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Events
  • Support with Iress events, such as client roundtables and software pop ups as a way to engage with existing clients and deepen relationships with them.
  • Support participation in industry events including trade shows and conferences.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Update marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data across email campaigns, digital campaigns and events.
What you will bring:
  • Minimum four years experience in marketing or communications, within financial services or technology is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and driven, able to act on own initiative and accountable for deliverables but can also be a team player.
  • Experience with HootSuite, HubSpot, Monday.com, Salesforce or similar software stacks.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools GA4 and Looker is advantageous.
