Position Summary & Objective The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process for various roles within the organization. The Senior Recruiter will play a key role in enhancing the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Essential Functions Performed by the Position
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage a high volume of recruitment activities and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment support.
- Conduct proactive outreach and talent mapping to identify and attract passive candidates.
- 8 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- US and International Talent Acquisition Experience, preferably within internal recruitment or RPO.
- Solid negotiation skills and understanding of tax terms (1099, W2 & FTE)
- Willing to work late shifts.
- Office and Remote Work Environment.
- May require flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones and urgent hiring needs.
