Job Responsibilities

  1. You will be responsible for training and supervising front office staff, ensuring they adhere to standard operating procedures and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
  2. Supervise and manage front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for guests and delivering exceptional customer service.
  3. Work closely with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and align front office services with the overall hotel experience.
  4. Manage all aspects of the front desk, overseeing check-in and check-out processes to create a positive first and last impression for guests.
  5. Take charge of room reservations, working closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.
  6. Lead front office operations, ensuring a well-organized and customer-oriented approach to guest interactions.
  7. Be responsible for coordinating guest room bookings and working cross-functionally with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Skills
  1. Proficient in using hotel management software and technology to streamline processes and enhance guest experiences, while maintaining data accuracy and security.
  2. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating seamless interactions with guests, team members, and other departments.
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire front office staff, cultivating a harmonious and motivated team.
  4. Proven organizational and time management expertise, resulting in streamlined front desk operations and well-structured task management.
  5. Highly skilled in running smooth front desk operations, handling guest inquiries with poise and facilitating efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  6. Expertly capable of managing daily front office tasks, such as guest interactions, reservations, and check-in/check-out procedures.
