Cloud & Network Security Engineer
Title: Cloud Security Analyst
Job Overview: We're looking for a talented Cloud Security Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in the UAE. If you're proficient in end-user technical support, endpoint security management, patch management, Microsoft O365 management, emails and exchange services, service desk operations, and service management, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Support End-Users: Provide L2 technical support to our end-users, ensuring their systems are running smoothly and securely.
Manage Endpoint Security: Oversee the security of our endpoints, protecting our network from threats and vulnerabilities.
Patch Management: Keep our systems up-to-date by managing and deploying patches to address security and functionality issues.
Microsoft O365 Management: Administer and manage our Microsoft O365 environment, ensuring seamless email and exchange services.
Service Desk Operations: Handle service desk operations efficiently, resolving technical issues and providing excellent customer service.
Service Management: Ensure our IT services are aligned with best practices and meet the needs of our organization.
What You Bring:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience in the IT field, with a focus on security and support.
Proficiency in end-user technical support, endpoint security management, patch management, Microsoft O365 management, and emails and exchange services.
Strong understanding of service desk operations and service management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in O365 security and compliance.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. (preferably ITIL certified)
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals).
