Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Administrator at our Ahmedabad location. The Office Administrator will be responsible for administrative assistance, managing office equipment, facilitating communication, providing customer service, and overseeing office administration tasks on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Office Activities: Ensure the office operates efficiently by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and management.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google office software.
- High school diploma
