Job purpose:

Landscaping Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operation of gardeners and provide landscaping and irrigation services at the allotted site. He/she will also oversee and coordinate the activities of landscaping crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and meet quality standards. He/she will also manage resources, communicate with clients, and provide guidance to team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily landscaping tasks, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Coordinate basic equipment cleaning and materials, ensuring compliance with procedures.

- Verify the correct usage of tools, consumable materials, and landscaping machines like Hedge Trimmers and Lawn Edgers.

- Communicate effectively with the team and superiors regarding work activities and report deficiencies promptly.

- Identify and understand landscaping chemicals, their pH values, dilution, and safety measures.

- Maintain records for operational tasks, including planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and daily checklists.

- Ensure compliance with COSHH, manual handling, and equipment usage guidelines.

- Manage waste collection, following disposal procedures and recycling initiatives.

- Plan and organize day-to-day work, contributing to surveys and quality control audits.

- Collaborate with the operations team leaders, following contractual policies and procedures.

- Other duties as assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum certification in Landscaping & Irrigation or the equivalent.

- Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent, preferred in Horticulture or Landscape Architecture

- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar position & capacity.
