Join us and contribute to groundbreaking, lifesaving, mission-critical systems.For more information, please visit our website: wolfadvancedtechnology.comAbout the OpportunityWOLF is looking for a full-time Sr. Product Manager, Network and Hardware Systems based in Aurora, ON (hybrid).Reporting to the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in executing the vision, strategy, and success of WOLF's network and systems products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.In this position, you will be primarily responsible for leading product development efforts, working closely with internal teams and customers to define requirements and guide products from concept through to completion.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Conducting market research to analyze trends and identify opportunities for new products/systemsCollaborating with senior management on product vision, direction, and roadmapsPrioritizing the product backlog based on company objectives and resource availabilityDefining product use cases and requirements in collaboration with customers and internal teamsSupporting product launches as a subject matter expert with sales, marketing, and support teamsGathering and incorporating user feedback for future product iterationsEnsuring product development meets regulatory and compliance requirementsManaging product documentation such as block diagrams, datasheets, and product configuration informationTravelling occasionally for customer visits and to attend trade shows/conferences as a representative of WOLF to promote productsTo read the full position description, please click here.About YouTo qualify, you will need 5+ years of product management, FAE, or Solutions Architect experience in network and hardware systems, ideally in the Embedded Solutions Market focused on electronics packaging and thermal management systems. Additionally, you will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering field, or a relevant technical certificate. A combination of education and related work experience will be considered.WOLF is a military and aerospace manufacturer requiring strict adherence to CGP and ITAR requirements. As a condition of employment, applicants must be able to provide valid documentation to show Canadian or US citizenship or Canadian Permanent Residency and undergo a police check with no criminal background.Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:Strong knowledge of system-level design for defense and aerospace, especially in network connectivity (Ethernet, fiber, etc.)Experience with network security features and protocolsKnowledge of SOSA, CMOSS, VICTORY, and similar standardsFamiliarity with OpenVPX, NVIDIA, AMD, PCI Express, and other relevant technologiesInterest in GPU, video graphics, AI, FPGAs, tensor processing, and related technologiesSolid understanding of the product development process and lifecycle managementAbility to read and interpret technical documentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical content to a wide range of audiencesWillingness and ability to travel as neededKnowledge of TSN (Time-Sensitive Networking) or similar reliability standardsGeneral awareness of cybersecurity concepts, with an understanding of RDMA (Remote Direct Memory Access) (asset)As our ideal candidate, you will bring exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with keen attention to detail, ensuring your success in architecting and delivering solutions that are technically sound, adaptable, and innovative to meet customer needs.Your ability to effectively prioritize between gathering customer and industry insights and driving strategic direction, implementation details, and product roadmaps will be pivotal to the role's success.
