- Build and manage our online community across various social media platforms
- Engage with community members and respond to comments and questions in a timely manner
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies that increase member participation and satisfaction
- Create and curate content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience
- Monitor community metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, sentiment, and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing, customer support, and product teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage engaging social media content
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Passion for building and engaging with online communities
