Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French Tutor who has a strong background in teaching French to Canadian students, particularly for the TEF exam preparation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a proven track record of delivering effective lessons and converting demo sessions into long-term client engagements. Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and effective online French classes aimed at TEF exam preparation.
• Provide personalized instruction to meet the needs of individual students.
• Prepare students thoroughly for all aspects of the TEF exam.
• Conduct demo sessions for prospective students and effectively communicate the benefits of our programs to convert them into regular clients.
• Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback and actionable steps for improvement.
• Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and retention.

• Must have completed at least a B2 level in French language proficiency.
• Minimum of 4-5 years teaching experience, preferably with Canadian students.
• Strong experience in preparing students for the TEF Canada exam.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students through virtual platforms.
• Proven track record of converting demo sessions into client engagements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
