Have high ownership & get to set things from the ground up About the role If you’re someone who can read data, draw meaningful insights, figure what to do and most importantly gets them done, this role is for you. Bonus points if you can also turn this into a repeatable template, as you hustle and juggle multiple things. If you’ve worked on growing a consumer business (preferably D2C), have some experience with digital marketing and are highly ambitious, looking to grow fast with an early-stage startup, you’ll be highly valued and fit right in. You’d be responsible for growth, efficient deployment of capital, and smooth running of operations. You’d work very closely with both founders, have tremendous ownership, and a lot of room for experimentation and learning. We want someone with enthusiasm for learning new things, a high execution capability and ownership mindset; and most importantly someone who really believes in our mission and approach. Key Responsibilities

  • Setup data monitoring and practices to ensure we always know where we’re going
  • Work with the Founders on setting up and implementing customer acquisition and retention strategies using various platforms and tools
  • Own the customer experience pre and post purchase to turn the consumers into advocates of the brand
  • Run the supply chain operations to ensure our ability to operate with high velocity and high predictability while managing working capital
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with history of data-based decision making
  • Proven track record of being strong executors
  • Ability to think from first principles
  • Passion for building things from ground up and constantly improving
  • High empathy and collaboration mindset
