- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and prospects to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. - Identify and qualify sales opportunities by gathering relevant information from potential customers. - Update and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. - Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. - Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and document management. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align tele-marketing efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies. - Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with prospects and customers. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate key features and benefits to potential customers.
