We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to ensure that all maintenance activities are planned and performed in an optimized way, taking into account all the potential constraints, like: available manpower, production schedule, severity of potential failure, safety, food safety, available tools and spare parts, as well as the corresponding prioritization of activities.   • Enable world class maintenance planning in Operations (including operators and technicians), providing assets' Maintenance according to the Nestlé Strategy (using TPM as the multi-disciplinary approach to maintain/improve fixed assets, and AMM to manage their life cycle).
  • Support and contribute to have a proper technical store management.
  • Assist in supporting with data in building the maintenance budget (zero base), supported with the foreseen planned maintenance in each asset, in line with Guidelines.
  • Ensure that the maintenance activities in industrial services are planned properly (including extraordinary activities and special charges).
  • Support the technical stores management through a proper link between the planned maintenance activities and the required spare parts, in advance, to help the whole technical store optimization process.
  • Ensure the planning of all maintenance activities are performed taking into account constraints on safety, food safety, energy/water consumption at factory level by analyzing the potential impact of any variable (e.g. high risk activities, spare part quality, materials, etc).
What Will Make You Successful
  • Had 3 years of experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Technician, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Engineer, or other similar position).
  • Had a participation in a basic SHE and Food Safety training.
  • Has experience as a Maintenance Planner, including the planning and coordination of maintenance activities, taking into account production schedule and other standard activities related to maintenance planning (budget, safety permits, coordination with other operational areas, tracking of maintenance KPIs, etc).
  • Had exposure to TPM, preventative maintenance planning techniques and maintenance execution.
  • Participation in the coordination and planning of maintenance activities, taking into account SHE, food safety and other constraints in order to optimize the coordination of all maintenance activities (including mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, instrumentation, industrial services, E&A, and operators basic maintenance activities).
  • Recommended to have had participation in the start-up or commissioning of technical equipment and/or production line(s).
  • Participation in multi-disciplinary teams aiming to process or activity optimization and work following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them.
