•Must be Sales & Process Driven •Manage daily retail operations, ensuring stores are well-stocked, organized, and staffed effectively. •Develop/Follow and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. •Analyze sales and performance data to make informed decisions and improvements. •Lead and inspire a team of dedicated branch employees, providing coaching and guidance. •Monitor, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability. •Collaborate with store managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.•Develop and implement operational strategies•Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience•Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for branch staff•Ensuring that all Home Depo stores are maintained at a level of excellence•Assisting Home Depo stores to be profitable•Advising on modern retail trends in hardware utilizing category management•Performing store audits through structured store visits and the circulation of written reports to head office where appropriate•Improving image and standards of all stores•Lead, mentor, and guide store managers and staff to ensure a cohesive and motivated team•Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide guidance for improvement.•Monitor stock levels, analyse sales trends, and adjust inventory levels accordingly.•Count stock in Home Depo stores responsible for•Ensure Home Depo operations checklist is filled, maintained and feedback is given to branch stores
