Role Description We are looking for a diligent, self-driven Product Marketing Manager to articulate and drive meaningful value for customers in an exciting, emerging space. This is an extremely impactful role where you'll work closely with the product and marketing teams to understand how we create impact and deliver that to customers. You'll help drive product adoption, orchestrate GTM motions, drive product engagement and grow value realized by customers from our product(s). - Have 6+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space. Brownie points if you have some e-commerce experience.
- Have previous experience with driving Product-Led Growth (PLG). Not a deal-breaker though. Knowledge of PLG concepts would be nice to have.
- Understand product, customer, value and how it is all connected.
- Do targeted feature launches to drive adoption.
- Have worked on creating collateral for various stakeholders like sales, support and success.
- Do competitor analysis and inform the product of the market landscape, opportunities and value gaps.
- Work with Content Marketing / create customer-friendly content that drives the best usage of products and features.
- Create engaging communication throughout the lifecycle of the customer to drive usage and monetization.
- Have outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and a natural ability to inspire and influence your co-workers
