- Under general direction, performs analysis, technical support, and recommendations to improvements around Unified Communications systems
- This role will participate in customer and business partner meetings to understand requirements and support needs.
- Coordinate with vendors on open tickets, issues, and escalations.
- Configure and administer Microsoft Teams technology
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues around Microsoft Teams systems
- Collaborate with customers and IT to define end user and technical requirements.
- Communicating with internal team members and users directly on projects.
- Provide occasional on call responsibilities for critical issues
- Proactively enforces worldwide and local security policies to ensure IT information assets are protected
