Job summary The Senior Partner Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the
brand partnerships team, ensuring that all areas of the department run
efficiently, to the highest of standards and according to best practice. The
role also encompasses but is not limited to; acquisition of new partners and
retention of existing brand partners, this includes pitching and negotiation,
contract management. Additionally, the Manager will manage all active projects
in an efficient and effective manner, continually managing team performance
ensuring high levels of productivity along with resourcing appropriately. The
Manager will implement the global TLC strategy to grow and shape the TLC
Product Portfolio for the local market. What You'll Do: Lead and Inspire
- Spearhead partner recruitment and retention strategies
- Mentor and manage a high-performing P&C team
- Set the standard for excellence in partnership negotiations
- Research, pitch, and secure lucrative commercial deals across diverse sectors
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for new partner acquisitions and retentions
- Maximize profitability through strategic negotiations and cost management
- Ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Client Services, and P&C teams
- Develop and execute target-driven action plans for each campaign
- Deliver high-quality campaigns within tight timeframes
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities
- Contribute to product innovation through global trend tracking
- Act as a key ambassador for TLC's P&C business
- Proven track record in partnership development and team leadership
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
