- Product Replenishment & Planning: Ensure accurate replenishment of customer products and collaboratively develop execution plans, proactively addressing risks to optimize service levels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage relationships with internal and customer teams to enhance supply chain efficiencies and drive improved service outcomes.
- Order & Claims Management: Oversee internal order processing and claims management for Food Service, QSR, and Retail channels to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
- Daily Order Management (auto & manual) in customer systems
- Facilitate Simplot ex-factory forecast vs Customer order plan reconciliation & escalation / issue resolution process with Commercial, Demand & Operations stakeholders
- Execute Simplot NPI & Key Event (run out / run in) delivery order planning & management
- Drive continuous improvement activities surrounding identified DIFOT / OBSL impact trends systemization, analytics, process
- Internal order processing management for Food Service OR Retail channel orders
- Internal Claims management for Food Service OR Retail channel orders
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Supply Chain discipline is preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience as a Vendor Replenishment Planner
- Experience in Food or related FMCG industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop cross-functional relationships
- Ability to understand and analyse information and reporting
- Ability to build relationships and problem solve efficiently
