If you're looking for a role where your contributions can make a significant impact, we invite you to join us.Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader for our Property Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property management team, ensuring smooth workflow, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. This role involves managing team performance, coordinating tasks, and acting as a key point of contact between guests, the property management team, and the cleaning/maintenance teams.Primary Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Oversee day-to-day operations of the property management team.Coordinate team tasks to ensure smooth workflow.Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to review performance and identify training needs.Allocate tasks on Trello, courtesy calls, BW (Breezeway), and Missive, ensuring clear responsibilities.Operational Management:Address escalations and complex issues that arise within the team.Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.Monitor team performance, implementing improvements as needed.Manage the rota, accounting for team availability and unavailability.Task Management:Sweep PM channels and create tasks required for courtesy calls.Check Trello Boards daily to ensure all tasks are completed.Check Missive daily to ensure all messages are responded to promptly.Ensure BW tasks are actioned and closed off in a timely manner.Conduct courtesy calls to guests as required.Communication and Coordination:Ensure that the team updates Guest Flow (GF) after every guest interaction and manages Slack handovers.Post minutes from the daily huddle and ensure follow-ups are tracked.Manage the flow of communication between guests, the property management team, and cleaning/maintenance teams to address all guest-related issues.Professional Requirements:Proven experience of at least 2 years in the short stay/property management industry.Musts have call centre experienceExperience in team leadership or management within a similar environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.Proficiency in using property management tools PMS as well as Trello, Slack,Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to handle escalations and complex issues with professionalism and efficiency.Personal Requirements:Self-motivated with a positive and dynamic work attitude.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.A team player who can lead by example and inspire others.Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Technical Requirements:Wired internet with a minimum of 30mbps speed, fibre preferred.PC/Laptop with Windows 10 or the latest MAC OS.Processor: Minimum i3/Ryzen 3 or higher.8GB RAM minimum.Noise-cancelling headset.Android or iOS mobile phone for mobile apps.Uncapped WiFi with a load-shedding inverter or backup power source.Inverter/generator for uninterrupted work during load shedding.Hours of Work:Monday to Sunday Shift: 9 am to 6 pm (UK time) (5 days on, 2 days off)Monday to Sunday Shift: 12 pm to 9 pm UK time (5 days on, 2 days off)Monday to Sunday Shift: 3 pm to 12 am UK time (5 days on, 2 days off)Rotational or shifting schedules possible as required.Flexibility to manage team schedules and address urgent issues outside of regular hours.SalaryFull time roleR18000 -R20000 per monthHow to Apply:Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to EMAILWith the title reference PM2024PRIMWe are only looking for one candidate to fill this exciting role and opportunity is only available for the next 2 weeks so if this is the right role for you, please apply by 10 SeptemberJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: R18 000,00 - R20 000,00 per monthApplication Question(s):Do you have uncapped WIFI and back up wifi for loadshedding?Do you have in invertor/generator for load shedding to work from home?Do you have your own laptop?Experience:Remote work: 2 years (Required)Short Stay property guest services/self catering resort: 2 years (Required)OTA( Airbnb, B.com, Expedia): 2 years (Required)Language:English with a (UK)British Accent (Required)Application Deadline: 2024/09/10
