Job Title: Paid Media Manager Location: London Department: Marketing Reports to: Head of Digital Job Summary: The Paid Media Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of paid media channels, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing and scaling successful campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and display networks.
  • Identify target audiences and create detailed audience segmentation strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage and allocate the paid media budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report on budget spend and campaign financial performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure paid media efforts are integrated with other marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with external agencies, vendors, and platform representatives to enhance campaign performance and capabilities.
  • Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in paid media.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in paid media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Experience with major ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
