About the Role: As a Customer Support Specialist at Statiq, you'll be the friendly voice and superhero who ensures our customers receive top-notch assistance and a delightful experience. Join us in revolutionizing customer care, one conversation at a time! Responsibilities:

  • Gather customer feedback and share with the respective teams
  • Handling customer queries on Chat, E-mails and calls
  • Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
  • Rasing complaints and coordinating with the team for resolving customer issues.
  • Helping users for troubleshooting while charging and providing a complete charging process to users.
What Are We Looking For ?
  • A Bachelors Degree
  • Good communications skills in Hindi and English
  • Analytical skills
  • CS database and tools
  • Management Method and Techniques
