Director of Engineering
Grand Hyatt Kuwait is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation of the Engineering Department in support of all operating verticals.
- Guarantee the optimal maintenance of equipment, buildings, and hotel grounds.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a 5* luxury hotel.
- Proven track record in luxury operations with a strong technical background.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving and administrative skills.
- Arabic speaker preferred.
