Medical Insurance Manager
Job details
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Medical and Life Insurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of medical and life insurance policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service to policyholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering superior insurance solutions.ResponsibilitiesAssessing risks and providing advice on insurance coverage to customers.Evaluating clients' insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options.Reviewing claim documentation and determining the extent of coverage under the policy.Collaborating with clients to identify areas of potential risk and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.SkillsCollaboration skills: You should have excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service.Experience in reviewing insurance policies and claims for accuracy and completeness.Ability to use statistical and mathematical tools to analyze insurance data and make predictions about future risks and losses.Ability to identify potential risks and provide recommendations to clients based on your analysis of insurance data.
