Job Responsibilities:

1. Source and procure raw materials, components, and equipment required for production.
2. Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and ensure timely delivery.
3. Monitor stock levels and collaborate with production teams to forecast material needs.
4. Evaluate supplier performance and establish strong relationships with key vendors.
5. Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
6. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery and storage of materials.

1. Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
