Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: Nepali & English) Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time Free work environment. Should be a team player and enjoy the work Fun at work Required Candidate profile Candidates should be very fluent in Speaking English & Nepali Command over Language with good understanding skills is required. Candidate must have network connectivity Good Communication Skills is required. Candidate should be a good listener. Candidate should be energetic and should have positive approach towards issues handling.
