Procurement Officer/Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Work closely with other departments regarding ordering of item requests.
2. Process end to end documentation (quotations, price evaluation, purchase orders, and invoices).
3. Involve in the tender process (plan, manage, monitor project tendering including compilation of evaluation documents, etc).
4. Prepare vendors registration documents including site visits, product inspections, LOA, and agreements.
5. Evaluate, compare, and analyze products/services purchased to ensure they are cost-efficient and of high quality.
6. Maintain proper, accurate, and updated records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor information.
7. Ensure all documentation complies with organization and auditor standards.
8. Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements in procurement decisions.
