Responsibilities
- Responsible for category sales, margin, income, stocks, and market share
- Prepare weekly and monthly promotion planning & category strategy planning
- Formulate marketing strategies to sustain and build brand awareness to drive business growth
- Responsible for overall brand positioning and manage all product launches & marketing activities
- Negotiate trading and promotion terms
- Liaise with other departments such as marketing, supply chain, and online business on promotion planning and brand building arrangements
- Establish and maintain productive supplier relationships
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent within FMCG
- At least 5 years working experience in Personal Care/ Beauty Category is an added advantage
- Strategic thinker with proven experience of developing and implementing effective and integrated brand plans
- Good negotiation & communication skills (internal & external), good commercial sense, and analytical skills
- Team player with a positive attitude, multi-tasking abilities, and ability to handle stress
- Must be able to work well under tight deadlines
