Steward Supervisor

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years related working experience in F&B or wash ware experience is an advantage.
• Ware wash skill and how to handle chemicals.

• Assists chefs and head stewards in managing the stewarding department, ensuring all tasks are consistently carried out to standard.
• Regularly checks daily assignments and ensures the cleanliness standards in the back of the house meet the hospital's requirements.
• Ensure daily washing of all pots and kitchen equipment as per standard procedure.
• Safety shoes and appropriate PPE, including gloves, aprons, and hair nets (tudung permitted), are required during washing or cleaning operations.
• Responsible to actively engage in and contribute to all quality improvement endeavors within both the department and the hospital.
