Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years related working experience in F&B or wash ware experience is an advantage.
- Ware wash skill and how to handle chemicals.
- Assists chefs and head stewards in managing the stewarding department, ensuring all tasks are consistently carried out to standard.
- Regularly checks daily assignments and ensures the cleanliness standards in the back of the house meet the hospital's requirements.
- Ensure daily washing of all pots and kitchen equipment as per standard procedure.
- Safety shoes and appropriate PPE, including gloves, aprons, and hair nets (tudung permitted), are required during washing or cleaning operations.
- Responsible to actively engage in and contribute to all quality improvement endeavors within both the department and the hospital.
