Finance Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Details: Main FP&A Responsibilities:

1. Identify & Comprehend Business Issues, Propose and Carry out solutions
2. Teaming up with Local Management team to develop Company’s Medium to Long Term Financial and Strategic Plan
3. Evaluating and Recommending modifications to Projections and Budgets generated by Cross Functional Team Members
4. Overseeing and Managing all aspects of Fundamental Financial Planning & Analysis, such as Planning, Spending, Predicting, Report generation and other tasks
5. Working with Various BU/Cross Function to forecast Income & Expenses for the next few Fiscal Years
6. Modelling LT Growth and determining Business Elements that influence it
7. Provide comprehensive review and commentary on Cost Center findings
8. Provide, monitor and ensure “True & Fair” presentation of Financial Statements for the company Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly
9. Engage and Active Participation on AOP, QBR, LE and Monthly Closing activities
10. Any other duties as assigned

Occupational Health & Safety / Environmental Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for adhering to the Company’s Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
2. In conjunction with the Production Supervisors, responsible for the Occupational Health and Safety aspects of the production personnel.
3. Responsible for reporting any non-conforming safety matters immediately to their immediate Manager/Supervisor, Production Manager and People and Safety Manager or Safety Representative
4. Participate in investigating non-conformances against the Occupational Health & Safety Program.
5. Responsible for reporting any non-conforming environmental matters immediately to their immediate Manager and Systems Compliance Officer / QA Manager
6. Participate in investigating non-conformances against the Environmental Program within their department and production area

Food Safety Responsibility:

1. Follow all policies and procedures on Food Safety, Quality, and GMP
2. Follow company guidelines to ensure food safety and hygiene are being followed
3. Escalate any food safety and quality concerns to your relevant supervisors or QA supervisor
4. Take all reasonable measures to maintain food integrity
