Assist the Head of Region/Director of Agency in Sales and Agency Support, Operations Support and penders management, Training and Education and Pruforce adoption rate for the above regions. She will work closely with regional colleagues and peers, as well as frequent communication with the senior management to ensure that the scope and direction of the initiatives are driven to achievement. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Agency Development Support
- Monitoring and tracking - Monthly KPI / weekly targets and submission forecast, progress monitoring by branch, race, agency and by respective work groups, on a weekly basis
- Provide a detailed high-level report and analyses of all regions under the Head of Region
- Regional tactical challenges end to end monitoring and tracking.
- Relief pool - as an ad hoc basis to assist regions short of manpower/underperforming branches as and when needed and instructed by Head of Region
- Work closely with each Region PIC, together with the New Business and Operations team to ensure the targeted conversion of pending cases to captured APE is met.
- Must closely liaise with the Claims unit to ensure the effectiveness of claims, and the successful management the claims penders and Turn Around Times are met.
- Degree in any discipline
- Having a good command of written and spoken English. Multi lingual will have added advantage.
- Self-motivated and yet, be able to work under minimum supervision at all times.
- Works well under pressure and a good team player.
- 2 years' of experience in the front line as part of the Agency Growth Team
- Strong technical skills and product knowledge
- Well organized in work approach
- Possess the ability to strategize with excellent analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
