Job Summary: The Regional Head will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 15-20 members within the banking domain. This role involves overseeing the cluster's deposit functions, implementing and managing soft POS solutions, and taking full ownership of the cluster's Profit and Loss (P&L) performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of banking operations, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Job Description:
- Plan and lead channel wise Cluster strategy in accordance with the Business plans.
- Oversee the deposit mobilization activities within the cluster
- Develop and implement strategies to increase deposit growth.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to deposits.
- Build and maintain existing SME portfolio with digital product bundle for long relation.
- Take full ownership of the cluster's P&L, ensuring profitability and financial health.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Liaison with all other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales support plans that goes in line with Organizational objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure assigned targets are achieved.
- Ensure quality sales while maintaining assigned quantities targets.
- Ensure effective and efficient business for the best interest of the organization.
- Ensure documentation compliance as per approved policies
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Preferably MBA (from a reputed university)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with deposit mobilization and POS solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
