We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer (Supervisor) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Manage follow-ups and regularly check projects progress against the schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service.
Oversee project development from initial concept through to completion, ensuring that all phases are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to design specifications.
Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, permits, and correspondence, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in handling large-scale projects.
UPDA certification is required.
Native proficiency in Arabic language is required.
Proficiency in math, budgeting, engineering software (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month Experience:

Civil Engineering (Supervisory role): 5 years (Required)
