Purpose To supervise all activities related to recruitment and coordinate with other concerned departments on various activities related to HR. Job Responsibilities

  1. Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
  2. Supervise various functions related to recruitment such as searching, collecting applications, data management, and interviewing potential candidates for company employment.
  3. Develop and maintain a solid application database and classify the applications to ensure easy reference and accessibility.
  4. Ensure proper screening and shortlisting of applicants, conduct the initial interview, and arrange for the final interview.
  5. Review all job offers for potential candidates and prepare the contract for new hires.
  6. Follow up with all concerned parties to ensure smooth execution of their mobilization and demobilization plan and compliance with the approved plan.
  7. Maintain communications and work closely with concerned departments to ensure timely achievement of recruitment needs.
  8. Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies and provide them with required documents to finalize the employment procedures for overseas employees.
  9. Prepare periodic recruitment reports.
  10. Perform any other work-related tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Skills Qualification and Experience
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any suitable discipline.
  2. Minimum 6 years of work experience.
  3. Communication Skills – Written and Oral.
  4. Good command of Arabic & English languages.
  5. Experience working with Microsoft Office.
  6. Experience using an ERP system, preferably SAP and SF cloud system.
