Summary

Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Maintenance Team as a HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer! The HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer will support ourmulti-property cluster comprised of Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle. Our HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer will be responsible primarily for performing repairs and preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other mechanical equipment within our three properties. Minimum 2 years HVAC experience is required with hotel experience preferred. Good communication skills are necessary for this role. The hourly rate range for this position is $38.75 - $39.53/hour. The starting rate for this position is $38.75/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years or more, which is currently $39.53/hour. Qualifications

• Open scheduling availability including weekends and holidays preferred
• Minimum 2 years HVAC experience is required
• Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
• Must be a team player but able to work independently as well
• Able to multitask and prioritize assignments
