We seek a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Product team. This role is critical in driving our product strategy, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, expansion, and retention. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, user-centric product development with experience in a high-growth SaaS or B2B company having customers in the US. Experience managing a social media product is a must have. What will you do?
- Product Strategy: Define and drive product vision, strategy and plan differentiation that enables the best Social Media Management experiences tailored for our customers.
- Roadmap Development: Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact and data analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, support and sales teams to ensure seamless product development & launch.
- Data analysis: Conduct user research and leverage data analytics to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
- Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the big picture and align product initiatives with business goals.
- Analytical Mindset: You can evaluate sets of data, identify opportunities, and draw insights to incorporate in your product and demonstrate value to your customers

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products in the social media space
- Experience with project management and roadmap management tools.
- Experience in crafting great, simple user experiences in complex, data-rich customer-facing products
