Job Description :This position requires experienced personnel responsible for the coordination, performance and execution of Quality Assurance activities.
Job Specification :Monitoring of critical steps in manufacturing of products (Process control).
Inspect the printing activities including waste and rejection.
Inspect and perform line clearance at dispensing, filling, and packing stages.
Maintenance of SOPs and other documentation.
Maintain the record of Annual Product Quality (APQR) and final checking of BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record).
Maintenance of all BMR received from the production department.
Inspect the staff's hygiene condition.
Inspect the sanitation of all sections, corridors including Q.C., change rooms, wash rooms, both sterile and non-sterile production sections.
Maintenance of training records.
Submit daily activity report to the Quality Assurance Head.
Ensure that all manufacturing procedures/practices follow the written standard operating procedures.
Any special duties assigned by the Quality Assurance Head.
