ACE Money Transfer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. The intern will work closely with project managers and department heads to gain hands-on experience in managing and executing various projects within the organization. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their careers in project management.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist project manager in planning, executing, and closing projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and reports.
Participate in project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.
Conduct research on project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Assist in risk management and issue resolution processes.
QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certification courses in project management would be preferred.
Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
