Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 05/03/2023 To manage and oversee training and competencyprogrammes for all staff, operational and development, maintenance of systemsfor recording, processing, and reporting on training and competency compliance,verification and validation, support creating training materials andimplementing training and competency administration. Key responsibilities include, ensuring thattraining and competency records are kept up to date, assisting withimplementation of the Company Competency Assurance System, assisting in preparationof career ladders and training plans for all staff. Requirements · Bachelor'sdegree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ HSEQ/ Environmental/ Industrial Engineering, orDiploma in any discipline with at least 3 years equivalent technical experiencein related field (E) · CIPDQualification in Training/Learning and Development or equivalent (P) · Certifiedin IMS & API Spec Q2 Awareness/ Internal auditor. (P) · Certifiedtrain the trainer (P) · CertifiedCompetency Verifier (P) · Abilityto obtain the preferred certification within 2 years of starting the role (E) · Expertin MS Office, IT related applications and systems (E) · Minimumof 5-6 years total working experience in similar or operations/ engineering/HSEQ role in relevant sector (energy / oil & gas). (E) · Aggregateof 2+ years offshore/ island-based work experience (P). · Trainothers using a variety of teaching and learning methods. (E) · Previousexperience managing a training team/department (P) · Experiencein developing and implementing training programmes (P) · Workingknowledge in HRMS & LMS systems. (P) · Demonstrableexperience in Learning and Development/Training and Competency (P)
