What Are Your Contributions to the Team?
You will be responsible for:
The control of internal and external audits, in order to comply with regulations.
Direct support to plant engineering activities.
Facilitating the methodologies for project management.
Aligning objectives, metrics, and plans for all plant engineering departments.
Developing and implementing operational excellence.
Following up on KPI Indicators.
How to Thrive in This Role?
You should have:
5-8 years of relevant experience in Methods, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
A degree in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or Administration.
Intermediate English level.
Experience with Software: MS Office, AutoCAD, SVISION, SAP (Maintenance Module).
Experience managing audits: AS9100, ISO14001, ISO55001.
Knowledge in lean manufacturing, manufacturing processes, specialized aerospace processes (chemical milling, shot peening, cold working, etc).
The ability to develop KPIs.
Experience facilitating working sessions.
