The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. Responsibilities: 1. Financial planning and analysis: Developing financial strategies, forecasting financial trends, and analyzing financial data to guide decision-making. 2. Risk management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with stock broking activities, such as market fluctuations and regulatory changes. 3. Compliance and regulatory reporting: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements set by regulatory authorities in India. 4. Budgeting and financial control: Overseeing budgeting processes, monitoring financial performance, and implementing financial controls to optimize profitability. 5. Investor relations: Managing relationships with investors and stakeholders, providing financial insights, and communicating financial performance effectively. 6. Strategic financial leadership: Collaborating with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
