- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree.
- At least 10 years of working experience as a manager in online marketing is required for this position.
- Knowledgeable and highly interested in motorcycle parts.
- Manages the promotion and positioning of a brand or the company's products.
- Build strong partner & channel co-marketing & visibility plans - online, representing brand marketing, propositions and strategies internally for approval and externally to aid sell-in.
- Maintain and improve the company website, which reflects our ongoing business activities by following our branding strategy.
- Create, plan, coordinate, and execute all digital marketing, including but not limited to social media, SEO/SEM, email, automation, and paid advertisement campaigns.
- Collaboration and teamwork with other departments, including sales, finance, business operations, and product teams.
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing and advertising campaigns and efforts and assess gain goals (ROI and KPI).
- Identify trends and insights and optimise performance based on the senses.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
