Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD)
- At least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
- 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
- Prior experience leading a team of individual contributors
- Strong knowledge of Project Management and Agile tools such as JIRA
- Extensive hands-on experience performing change impact assessments
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in creating solutions for complex, global business problems
- Ensure all stakeholders have a common understanding of all solution requirements
- Collect and transform information into useful and interesting content for customers and employees
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, dependencies, and impacts
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to quickly master new systems and/or processes
- Capacity to stay organized while managing competing priorities
- Strong executive presence and experience advising business leadership on technology-related issues
- Ability to independently drive projects through to completion
- Train teams on updates to processes
- Identify opportunities for process and tool improvement
- Drive complex projects in collaboration with product owners and cross-functional stakeholders
- Payments experience preferred
- JIRA, SharePoint, and Wiki
- PowerBI
- Advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
