- Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing customer calls to meet service turnaround goals
- Address customer inquiries and follow up regularly
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Meet customer needs through effective telephone communication
- Expand the customer base through effective communication
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good telephone communication skills and active listening ability
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Monthly remuneration: RM4000~RM6000 (Basic Salary) + Commission + Parking Subsidy
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 12pm-9pm
- 14 days annual leave, 14 days sick leave, 60 days hospitalization leave
- EPF, SOCSO
