  • Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing customer calls to meet service turnaround goals
  • Address customer inquiries and follow up regularly
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Meet customer needs through effective telephone communication
  • Expand the customer base through effective communication
Job Requirements:
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Good telephone communication skills and active listening ability
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Additional Info:
  • Monthly remuneration: RM4000~RM6000 (Basic Salary) + Commission + Parking Subsidy
  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 12pm-9pm
  • 14 days annual leave, 14 days sick leave, 60 days hospitalization leave
  • EPF, SOCSO
  • Medical Claims
