Contract Manager - Oil Spill Response Project

Overview: We are seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the Oil Spill Response Services Contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in oil spill response, contract management, and team leadership. Responsibilities:

1. Implement the Oil Spill Response Services Contract
2. Establish and maintain correct manning levels
3. Advise on special tools and techniques required for oil spill response jobs
4. Report periodic progress and activities as per contract requirements and as directed by the Contract Superintendent
5. Prioritize tasks to ensure compliance with company requirements
6. Ensure full compliance with HSSE regulations and all relevant government regulations
7. Maintain adherence to contractual obligations
8. Liaise with the Company Group/Team and K-EPA approved facilities
9. Plan manpower, equipment, tools, consumables, and transport needs, including forward leave planning for contractor personnel

1. Engineering Degree (environmental subjects advantageous) from a recognized University approved by Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE)
2. Ten years’ experience, including 5 years in oil spill response and 5 years in contract management
