إسم الجهة: سحابة الآفاق لتقنية المعلوماتمسمى الوظيفة الشاغرة: Customer Service Specialistمجال العمل: خدمة العملاء - علاقات عامة ( عرض كل الوظائف في هذا التصنيف )مكان الوظيفة: الرياض - منطقة الرياضتاريخ الإضافة: 13/08/2024المهام والوصف الوظيفي:- We need your help to find a suitable employee for Customer Servies.The Main Tasks will be :- Answering Customer Calls and emails 24 hours should be available anytime.- Analyzing customer data and preparing periodic reports on customer service performance withrecommendations for improvement.- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate.- Reaching out to new clients and keep good communications.- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and maintaining ongoing communication withthem to provide necessary support.- Providing support and assistance to customers in using products or services, and guiding them in caseof any issues.الشروط والمهارات:Good communicationsSpeak Arabic and English wellGood skills in Microsoft Office ( Excel and power point specially )نوع الوظيفة:دوام كاملنطاق الراتب: غير محددالمتطلبات الأساسيةالجنس: نساءهذه الوظيفة متاحة لـ: سعودي فقطالحد الأدنى لمستوى التعليم: درجة البكالوريوسالحد الأدنى لمستوى الخبرة: خريج جديد (بدون خبرة)
