Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Management Analyst to spearhead the coordination and analysis of project activities and business transformation initiatives to ensure strategic alignment of business outcomes for the Centre. Ultimately, you will be pivotal in supporting operational and strategic initiatives through meticulous project reporting and analysis. Other responsibilities include: Project Management
  • Support centre-wide business transformation initiatives and project management operations that align with our strategic business goals.
  • Assist the development and maintenance of project management standards and best practices.
  • Implement project governance standards including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programme or project deliverables.
  • Support the lead to prepare regular project status reporting for management (Malaysia, Group), including steering committee reporting.
Service Transition and Workforce Management
  • Organise and lead meetings to report on business transformation activities, including Center workforce growth, documenting progress and identifying any roadblocks.
  • Analyse meeting outcomes and follow up on action items to ensure continuous progress.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation within project ramp-up and reporting.
  • Implement best practices for data management and reporting efficiency.
Analysis and Stakeholder Reporting
  • Liaise with business partners to track progress of business transformation workstreams, including workforce growth.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of headcount data to support strategic hiring and resource allocation.
  • Create visual representations of data trends for stakeholder presentations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant project management or PMO management experience.
  • Experience in planning, executing, controlling and closing projects and the ability to manage a project and its components simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies.
  • Knowledge of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management and resource planning.
  • Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills to positively influence people to make the appropriate decisions and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Performance-driven balanced with proven success of working effectively in a cross-functional team in an international environment.
  • Process-oriented and possesses a strategic mindset with the ability to have a holistic view.
  • Ability to deliver and articulate a presentation confidently and effectively to a wider project committee and management.
  • Relevant experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
  • Degrees from any recognised University or recognised establishment (Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field will be beneficial).
  • Professional certifications in the field of Project Management (e.g. PMP, CAPM) will be an advantage.
