Leading Property Management company, located in North Goa , is looking to hire a VILLA MANAGER with a background in hospitality. This position requires the candidate to be detail-oriented, hard working, organized, with strong oral and written communication skills. Own transportation and flexibility in working-hours are a must. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out customer check-ins and check-outs
- Help handle an auxiliary team comprising of butlers, housekeepers, cooks, and/or gardeners.
- Assist in managing daily accounts
- Overview property maintenance on a regular basis
- Conduct basic staff training
- Daily report to the Management
